Photography of both interior and exterior should appear as natural as possible. An extremely wide-angle photo is therefore very misleading. I also prefer to use only daylight, so that a room looks fresh and light.

Video

Making a video of an object can be done in different ways;

- A short 01 minute trailer (includes only the USPs of the object)

- A longer video max. 03 minutes (interior exterior, optional with drone)

A floor plan shows all rooms at a glance, perfect support for photography.

For making the floor plan I work together with a qualified company that provides NEN2580 measurements.

Digital impression & 360 degree photography

Is the space outdated or is there no interior in the object yet?

Then a digital impression is the perfect way to look into the future.

By choosing the right point of view on location and in combination with the floor plan, the most diverse situations can be visualized.

In addition to the experience of standing in space, 360 degree photography also provides an extra look for the viewing.
